DMCA & Copyright Notice

1. Copyright Policy & Takedown Procedure

AirBox respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners and expects all users of our cloud storage service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright laws, AirBox maintains an expedited notice-and-takedown procedure to disable access to infringing material.

Upon receipt of a valid, compliant notification of claimed infringement, AirBox will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the infringing material, notify the user who posted the content, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

2. Submission Requirements for DMCA Notices

If you believe in good faith that any content stored on AirBox or distributed via an AirBox share link infringes upon your copyright, you or your authorized legal representative may send a formal DMCA Notice containing the following statutory details:

• 1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers if available.
• 2. Specific Location / URL of the Infringing Material: The precise AirBox share link (such as https://airbox.one/s/... or extraction code) enabling our technical team to locate and disable the file.
• 3. Contact Information of the Complainant: Your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
• 4. Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 5. Accuracy Statement & Signature: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, accompanied by a physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy & Agent Contact

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, AirBox enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts determined to be repeatedly uploading or distributing infringing materials without legal authorization are subject to permanent suspension, account closure, and complete data erasure.
